About Our Shared Houses
We originally started the houseshare concept to cater for young professionals who were looking to work in London for a relatively short period of time and who did not want to live with travellers in a hostel environment. However, we soon found out that more and more young professionals liked the idea of living in a quite, professional shared house as it provided the perfect environment to meet new people as well as to manage your finances as our rental prices are fully-inclusive of all utilities and you are not bound by any long-term contracts. So now we cater to any professional person who is looking for affordable, clean all-inclusive accommodation to compliment your London experience.
About The Housemates
Most of our houseshare tenants originate from the commonwealth countries of South Africa. Australia and New-Zealand, however we also have an increasing population of Europeans that are attracted to our affordable, clean and friendly, quiet and stable accommodation lifestyle. Generally, we consider any young professional person who is friendly, trustworthy, easy-going and looking to live in a similar houseshare with like-minded people. If you are between the ages of 23 -35yrs ,are English-speaking and looking to live with quite, professionals in a stable environment, then our houseshares are the ones for you!!
About The Houses
Our houses are spacious fully furnished properties. We have full gas central-heating throughout the property -including independent radiators in every room so you can adjust your level of heating to your own personal taste.
All our properties come equipped with fast wireless internet access. Some of our properties also have a standard communal PC that you may use if you do not have a personal computer of your own.
Most of the bedrooms have thier own Tv's however all of our properties also have a lounge that serves as the social heart of the house. It is equipped with plenty of seating for everyone as well as Satalite TV containing the full-rang of sport and entertainment channels. There is also a phone so you can contact family and loved ones!
The Kitchens come fully-equipped with everything you need: w/m;Microwave; Fridges; Freezers; toaster; Kettle etc. We provide non-stick pots n' pans and crockery which makes cleaning a breeze!!
Our properties have FULL bathrooms with a toilet; basin and separate showers. Some properties also have a separate bath in them.
Our bedrooms are nice and spacious. We don't offer room shares so your room is all yours.The rooms are all carpeted and have personalised gas-central heating. So you can control the temperature in your room. Each room contains a double bed, a set of drawers and a cupboard so there is plenty of storage space for your clothes.
Most of our properties also contain good-sized back yards that are perfect for summer BBQs or general socialising. Some of the housemates have even installed BBQs!!
About The Areas
East London has a large population of Europeans, South Africans, Australians and New Zealanders. Our houses are located in quite, safe streets where walking home at night is not a problem. Socially, there are leisure centers, supermarkets, parks and pubs all close to our properties.

• 5-7 minutes walk from the local Tube Station.(Central Line).
• 5 Minutes walk from the bus stop.
• 7 Minutes walk from high street shops and pubs.
Journey times
• 15 minutes via tube to Liverpool Station.
• 20 minutes via tube to Canary Wharf.
• 25 minutes via tube to Oxford Street.
• 45 minutes by bus to Stanstead Airport.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
The rent is payable either weekly or monthly in advance -the choice is yours! The rental week runs from Sunday until Saturday. The bond or deposit is 2weeks rent. We offer an initial term of 2 months, thereafter you may stay as long as you like. Our standard "notice" or "termination" period is 3 rental weeks. This helps us to create a stable, trusting environment where everyone has a chance to get to know each other and make friends within our properties.
• All Professional couples or single people are welcome. (No additional "surcharges" for couples!)
• Rent includes all bills/Taxes.
• Fully-inclusive rent. Absolutely no extras to pay.
